The standard access tool for the entertainment industry, the Tallescope gives you easy access to work on rigging, electrics sound and draperies etc. This compact and manoeuvrable all aluminium work platform allows access to working heights up to 9.5m [31']. The two-part ladder section is operated by a simple rope pulling line, allowing rung by rung height adjustment. The ladder section pivots over to allow the unit to pass through a single standard doorway for low level storage. Three standard models are available.
Always use the stabilisers. The Tallescope is not designed to be moved while someone is in the basket it. The ABTT draft document "The selection and use of Access Equipment for Work at Height in Theatres" covers the subject in some detail.
