Special Effects

Flints have a range of special effects equipment available to hire. The Sky High pyrotechnic system is an easy to use pod-based system ideal for small scale productions with limited budgets. It's two channel facility allows the user to fire single pods or chains simultaneously or separately. Click here for full information on the equipment and the available effects.

The Rosco 1600 smoke machine produces a range of smoke effects and can be operated remotely from it's integral remote control. The ever-popular Le Maitre Mini-Mist is the leading canister based smoke machine and being cordless and weighing just 8KG, it is ideal for use on location as well as in theatres.

For the set dresser our cobweb spinner attaches to an electric drill and will create large numbers of cobwebs in short time.

Flints will also supply all of your consumables, most of them on a sale or return basis.
