Delivery Arrangements During The Olympics

Flints intend to offer as close to our usual delivery service as possible during the Olympic and Paralympic Games, however some disruption is inevitable. Customers should note that our carriers are now collecting from us earlier than normal because of concerns over delays caused by increased traffic levels. This is essential to ensure that transport connections to their hubs are not missed. This may have a knock-on effect regarding our cut-off times for dealing with sales orders. Please ensure that you place your order as early as possible in the day. Customers should be aware that some carriers will charge a surcharge to deliver to certain postcodes near Olympic venues and may not be offering a next day service.

Customers within our London Van Run

Customers within this zone (see our transport page for details) should have a near normal service unless you are close to an Olympic venue or an Olympic route. However, please note that there is likely to be severe disruption during those events involving London's road network. We will update this page if we are experiencing problems in specific areas.

Customers outside our London Van Run

Customers outside London should expect normal deliveries unless they are near to an Olympic venue in which case customers may experience delays. UPS are the only carrier allowed to deliver to Olympic venues, so our carriers will have to deliver to the local UPS depot for onward delivery.
