Delivery Charges

 

In most cases, your delivery options and charges will be presented during checkout. In the rare case no options are available, you will be asked to contact our customer services team for a bespoke quote. The below explains how we calculate charges for the majority of UK deliveries. 

Please note, some Postcodes have recently moved from our West End Van Run to our Outer London Van Run.

 

London

 

Most deliveries in the London postal districts are made on our own vans. Urgent deliveries can be sent by bike or parcel car. The following postcodes are included in our van run, for other postcodes refer to our UK deliveries below:

Orders over £100 net are delivered free of charge. There is a charge of £6.75 for smaller orders. Our cut-off for orders is 12pm for delivery the same working day.

Outer London Van Run

E 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 20.

UK beyond London

Flints offer economy services for smaller, lighter orders but the majority of orders are sent on a standard overnight service. Orders over £325 net are sent free of charge. This offer excludes the following areas: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Scilly Isles as well as deliveries with the items excluded below.

Product Exceptions

Stage and counterweights, filled sandbags, lead shot bags, polystyrene cutters, compressors and nails are carried at the rates quoted above regardless of order value.

Flooring, access equipment, staging, lifts, hazardous goods including Froth-Pak and pyrotechnics, oversized goods and hire goods: Please call for delivery prices for these items.

Longer lengths (over 3.0 m) will have to go with a specialist courier.
