Manufactured by Smith & Rodger in Glasgow, Superwax Polish is another microcrystalline wax polish that is similar to Renaissance wax, but we think this is a worthwhile addition to our range.

For a start in testing, we found that the wax is a little softer which makes application much smoother. On application to wood the difference between to two polishes is more pronounced, we found the Superwax penetrated the wood much more than Renaissance Wax which deepened the colour of the wood (something you might want or not!).

Used for cleaning and protecting antique furniture but also great for protecting metal and painted surfaces. Can be applied by brush or rag.

This high-quality wax is also used by the Palace of Holyroodhouse and they don’t use any old muck!
