A waterborne PVA emulsion which is easy to spread. Suitable for use as a primer or for gluing cloths such as light canvas, calico or muslin to flats or for scrimming polystyrene. It can also be used as a concrete dust sealer by diluting 50% with water and applying with airless spray, brush or roller. It dries clear. Covers 3 - 5 m2 per litre.
