One wrap is a black double sided hook and loop fastener. The hooks are on one side and the loops are on the other. Just wrap it around and it will secure to itself! It allows the tape to be used as a replacement to cable ties or as a tidy for hemp lines, extension leads or airlines.

It leaves no sticky mess associated with adhesive tapes and no sharp edges like those on nylon cable ties. It is surprisingly strong yet easy to release.
