The TOP Chest Harness Allows the user to convert either the AVAO® or the ASTRO® sit harnesses from work positioning to fall arrest harnesses. It also allows a more comfortable experience by helping distribute the load to the shoulders. Widely spaced foam shoulder straps reduce neck chafing.
