A concentrated vinyl acrylic emulsion with a titanium dioxide filler.
For priming new canvas dilute in ratio 2:1 water to base, which will give a good surface to take colour etc. A 6:1 prime will create a more absorbent surface for water colour effects, while 1:1 should
be used to prime old paint surfaces.
Coverage 8 - 10 square metres per litre.
