Aqua Plus is the binding medium employed in the metallic intermixing system, enabling you to mix Bristol metallics with solid colours.
It also gives excellent protection and enhanced durability to painted surfaces with solid and metallic colours.
This non-toxic PVA based, water bound coating, dries to give a semi-gloss finish. When used with the metallic paints, it can add depth and luminosity, alongside durability.
When using Aqua Plus as a top coating it can be either used neat to give a higher gloss finish, or diluted with water as much as 1:2.
The drying time is 1-2 hours depending on atmospheric conditions, but will cure completely if left overnight. Subsequent coats should be applied when touch dry.
Coverage is 12-15 square metres per litre.
