These chains are welded, tested and certified and are suitable for general purposes- typically moorings.
The short links mean that it is not possible to shorten the chain using shackles as they will only fit the end links.
Grade 30 breaking force: 32 kN.
Grade 40 breaking force: 40.2 kN.
