Jesmonite AC100

AC100 is a weather resistant product suitable for interior or exterior use. It is harder and has a higher impact strength than AC300.

If being used outside the product should be protected with Clear Top Coat.

It is fire resistant, having achieved a Class '0' fire rating under UK Building Regulations BS 476, and holds B-s1-d0 EN 13501-1 Fire Classification.

Normal casting and laminating requires a mix ratio of 2.5 parts Jesmonite Powder to Liquid by weight, but a mix ratio of 3:1 is often used for covering directly onto polystyrene.
